Where are you most emotionally stuck right now in your life?
Are you chronically angry, resentful, or hurt by a significant other?
Are you feeling alone and sad?
Struggling with boundaries with your children?
Do you feel unseen, unloved, or mis-attuned to by your parent(s)?
Do you get in arguments with sibling(s) that never seem to resolve?
Do you feel stressed about work and not totally satisfied?
Is there a certain friendship that seems to get under your skin?
Are you conflicted about your spirituality or religion?
Do you want to earn and save more money and you feel like it’s not going to happen?
Do you have shame about your body and your level of fitness?
If I’m totally honest with myself, my biggest emotional turmoil is money.
I’ve been on a quest for the past few years to master this one. I’ve made huge strides. And I’m headed toward conquering this, because it’s necessary for me to get to the next stage of my personal development.
Here is a big challenge for you…if you really want to grow psychologically, physically, spiritually, and/or financially then stop making it overly complicated.
Identify one area of your life where you feel the greatest emotional burden.
That emotional burden is a blaring signal that you’re living in discord and until you address it you will not have the experience that you are living the highest vision for your entire life.
Because no matter where the emotional baggage resides, it ripples into all areas of your life until it gets addressed.
But here’s why this is really good news…
If mastering all areas of your life is a high value to you, every time you address an area of your life where you are emotionally burdened you move one step closer to mastering the things you can control in your life.
And that step brings you deeper into the vision you have for your life.
It’s not always simple to resolve the emotional burden, but I know it’s always possible.
So if in this lifetime you want to reach a sense of mastery and your highest vision…
Address the greatest emotional burden.
And you will reach your potential.
